These terms ensure transparency, reliability, and safety for both the passengers and the drivers. By booking a cab through Delhi To Agra Cabs, you automatically agree to abide by the terms mentioned here.

1. Cab Booking Terms

Easy and Flexible Booking System

Our booking can be done via call, WhatsApp, or our website. Bookings should ideally be made at least 2 hours prior to the desired time, especially for outstation trips.

Please confirm your pickup location, drop location, travel date, time, type of vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller), and duration at the time of booking.

2. Cab Fare and Payment Terms

Transparent Fare Policy

Delhi To Agra Cabs believes in transparency. Our fare includes:

• Base fare (per km or per hour depending on booking type)
• Driver allowance (for outstation trips)
• Toll, parking, and interstate tax (if applicable)

Payment Options: UPI / GPay / PhonePe, Cash to driver, or Online transfer. Advance payment may be required for long-distance or special bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Flexible Yet Fair

• Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
• Partial Refund: If cancelled within 2 hours, 50% of the fare may be charged.
• No Show: 100% chargeable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment mode. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us immediately at +91 90168 98233.

4. Driver Conduct and Customer Safety

Safety is Our Priority

• All our drivers are background-verified, experienced, and well-trained.
• Cab will be clean, GPS-enabled, and well-maintained.
• Driver will carry a valid ID and driver's license.

We strictly prohibit rash driving, misconduct, or over-speeding. Please report any inappropriate behaviour immediately at +91 90168 98233.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Be a Responsible Rider

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Be ready at pickup location on time
• Not consume alcohol or smoke inside the cab
• Not damage or dirty the vehicle

Penalties may apply for violating these conditions.

6. Luggage and Belongings

Delhi To Agra Cabs is not responsible for any lost or stolen luggage. Please ensure you carry all your belongings before exiting the vehicle. Light luggage is recommended in hatchback or sedan, while Tempo Travellers are available for larger groups/luggage.

7. Service Availability

We strive to offer 24x7 cab services. However, availability depends on vehicle demand, weather and road conditions, and government restrictions. We'll always inform you if your booking might be affected.

8. Force Majeure Clause

Delhi To Agra Cabs is not liable for delays or cancellations caused due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, vehicle breakdown, or accidents. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you or provide alternative arrangements.

9. Use of Customer Data

Your data will be used for booking confirmation, travel coordination, and promotional offers. We do not share your information with third parties.

10. Modification of Terms

Delhi To Agra Cabs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
